Energy Regeneration Unit

Dufew Electric Energy Regeneration Unit Manufacturer and Supplier provides IGBT-based energy recovery units for VFD systems with frequent or sustained regenerative operation. It converts regenerative DC energy into grid-synchronized AC power, with ≥97% regeneration efficiency and <5% current THD under specified conditions. Suitable for elevators, cranes, hoists, centrifuges, and other regenerative loads, it reduces resistor-based heat dissipation while recovering usable electrical energy.

Dufew Electric CBU Series Braking Module is an IGBT-based dynamic braking component for variable frequency drive systems. It is connected to the DC bus and works with an external braking resistor to dissipate regenerative energy generated during motor deceleration or overhauling operation. Its integrated board-level construction combines the braking circuit, control, temperature monitoring, and fault output in one module for installation inside VFD control cabinets.

Braking Chopper

Dufew Electric CBU Series Braking Chopper provides external dynamic braking control for variable frequency drives used with braking resistors. It monitors the DC bus voltage and activates the IGBT circuit when regenerative energy raises the bus voltage above the preset braking level, directing excess electrical energy to the braking resistor for heat dissipation. Available for 220V, 380V, and 690V drive systems, the CBU series can be configured according to braking power, duty cycle, DC bus voltage, and installation requirements.
Power Supply Filter

Power Supply Filter

Dufew Electric Power Supply Filter is installed in series at the power input of single-phase inverters, servo drives, switching power supplies, and other electronic equipment. It suppresses conducted high-frequency interference generated by equipment and reduces external RF interference entering through the power line. Single-stage and two-stage configurations are available, with applicable filtering from 5 kHz to 30 MHz and rated current options of 1A–60A for the specified single-phase configuration.

Variable Frequency Drive Filter

Dufew Electric Variable Frequency Drive Filter integrates input-side EMI filtering and output-side motor filtering for VFD and servo drive systems. It helps reduce conducted interference on the power side and high-frequency switching effects on the motor side, including dv/dt and reflected-wave effects. Filter ratings can be selected according to drive voltage, current, motor power, cable length, and installation conditions.

Designed for low-voltage power factor correction systems with nonlinear loads, Dufew Electric Detuned Harmonic Filter combines a detuned reactor with a power capacitor to reduce resonance risk and limit harmonic stress on capacitor banks. It supports VFDs, rectifiers, converters, and industrial facilities, with configurations selected according to voltage, compensation capacity, harmonic conditions, and installation requirements.
